At CULT MIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. Please ensure products are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand boxes and dust bags are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated courier point; once received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
