Where does Cult Mia ship from?
As a global platform, our curated pieces are shipped directly from our independent designers located all over the world. This ensures you receive authentic, local craftsmanship while reducing unnecessary carbon footprints.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags attached. Please note that some made-to-order items may be final sale.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For many destinations, we offer 'Delivered Duty Paid' (DDP) shipping, meaning all taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. If your region is 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' (DDU), you will be responsible for local customs fees upon arrival.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched by the designer, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay in select regions.
